1. Price and renewal
The commercial offering is directed to the United States. BMHub Pro Monthly costs USD 15 per month plus applicable tax and renews automatically each month until canceled. Payment/renewal conditions must be disclosed before purchase and expressly authorized with informed consent. Terms acceptance does not replace that authorization.
2. Cancellation effect
Cancellation stops the next renewal while Pro continues through the already-paid term. For example, an October 17-November 17 term continues through November 17 if canceled before renewal. The actual date is shown in your account.
3. Requesting cancellation and receipt date
Request cancellation at bmhub01@gmail.com. BMHUB LLC handles requests through that channel; manual handling is an initial arrangement, not a promise of permanent personal handling by a particular individual. End-of-term cancellation is also available inside BMHub when that function is present in your account. Identify the account and requested action without sending passwords, tokens or complete card/bank details.
A request is timely if received before renewal. Receipt date/time controls, not when it is opened or processed. No additional number of advance-notice days is required.
4. Charge caused by processing delay
If renewal is charged because a cancellation request received before renewal was processed late, that renewal charge will be refunded. Refunds are handled manually; delay does not make a timely received request late.
5. Other refund requests
Cancellation does not itself refund the already-paid term. Other refund requests are reviewed separately and manually. No fixed window, percentage, guaranteed refund for every case or absolute exclusion is established. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
6. Confirmation and contact
Handling a request must distinguish cancellation of renewal, access end date and any applicable refund. Ask about request status at bmhub01@gmail.com without sending unnecessary financial/personal information.
